When I try to reset password, the system shows an error

If you are receiving an error when reseting your password, make sure of:
-doing it through a computer
-use Google chrome
-don´t use a similar password than the last 6 previous ones
-that contains a minimum of 10 characters
-contains a combination of at least 4 of the following options: ""lowercase and upercase letters, numbers and signs"" and it doesnt use username as part of your password
