Forgot Username

When agents or managers forget their user name, they can reset it on their own by clicking on the Lost your username? link located at the Emerios' homepage below the Log in button:

Users have to introduce their Email in the following window and click on the  button:

After submitting the email address, a pop will direct the user to their email inbox:

Once in the inbox, users should find an email message under the title Emerios Username Reminder, which will contain the username:
